**The Centre**
Recently renovated, this small, family-focussed centre offers up beautiful spaces for the children to explore and exciting resources for a wide range of learning experiences.

Inspired by the concept of 'metamorphosis', the centre has created a fantastic environment for the children to progress and transition through each stage of their early life.

**The opportunity**
This is an attractive full time permanent role at a family-owned centre. You'll have high levels of autonomy in your role and will be responsible for mentoring your team of 14, maintaining a positive and collaborative culture in the centre with a team of knowledgeable and enthusiastic educators who are willing to learn.

Working in collaboration with the owner, you'll have the opportunity to implement your strong curriculum knowledge and pedagogy to inspire and engage children and educators alike. In return, you'll be rewarded with a generous salary package and flexible working hours.

**The ideal Director**
You'll ideally have a minimum of two years experience as a centre director with further experience in both the assessment and rating process and developing a QIP.

You'll have strong leadership abilities and present with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively promote the service within the local community.

**Suitable applicants must have**:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA Assessed equivalent
- Proven experience in another Nominated Supervisor role
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- Working with children check
