To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Field Layout Lead to join our team.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Access Strategy Manager, you will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies for Site Assessments and reach Final Layout Approval through the establishment and management of Site Assessment teams.

This position may be based in our Dalby or Brisbane locations. If Dalby based, we offer attractive regional allowances.

**In addition you will**:

- Support the Access & Approvals (A&A) function in the execution of the A&A Framework from AAS to AAP by coordinating project delivery streams, developing opportunities, ensuring completeness of scopes, aligning survey activities with with IAP and schedule requirements and trouble shooting scope delivery issues.
- Reach quality field layout by incorporating Arrow’s engineering, construction and operational requirements into the layout plan.
- Deliver improved Non Technical Performance for SGP especially in the delivery of Arrow’s Commitments to Surat Basin Landholders by integrating survey knowledge into the early engagements with landholders to understand sentiment and property constraints.
- Embed Arrow’s commitment to occupational health, safety and the environment across all survey activities by ensuring all staff and contractors adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with Arrow’s safety policies and SSM requirements.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safety environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.

**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Relevant university degree in Engineering, Construction, Agriculture or other professional qualification in related field;
- Proven project management experience in process and change management;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate diverse professional and field based teams;
- Ability to achieve beneficial outcome through negotiation;
- Working knowledge of HSE legislation and Land Access Regulations;
- CSG industry experience is desirable
