We are on the hunt for a vibrant Assistant Restaurant Manager looking to bring their boundless energy, personal flair and creativity to the role. You will be working in a fun, fast paced and dynamic team environment, focused on creating exceptional customer and staff experiences.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a fast paced, premium restaurant
  • The ability to professionally lead a multi-skilled team and committed to staff training and development
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Experience managing budgets and rostering
  • The ability to organise and execute events
  • Experience managing food delivery platforms
  • Wine knowledge, WSET certification and solid understanding of bar operations is highly desired.
  • Hands on management style
  • Vibrant presentation
