**About the role**
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Customer and Media Lead will champion the STIHL brand identity, brand proposition and brand WHY to develop an activity program which drives consumer demand, market share and delivers on the business plan. This role has direct responsibility for the creation and implementation of the media plan which is led by the intimate understanding of the home gardener and professional segments.
**Key responsibilities include;**
- Management of the media schedule, media planning and strategy through an intimate understanding of customer segments and media consumption habits to drive demand
- Lead the new brand website and PIM2 (Product Information Management) implementations including transfer and content migration plan to ensure blog content is maintained in new platform, ensuring product specifications in PIM and website are updated as required
- KPI and analysis to ensure core audiences, trends, changes in demographics and impact and effectiveness is understood and continuously embedded into media planning
- Manage communication of media plan to Marketing, Sales, and Dealers through the completion of the annual media plan, Campaign explainers and Seasonal planners within the time periods
- Support Dealer retail experience with education materials and continuous education around the value of MAP
- Lead the team by example, demonstrating critical leadership and behaviors aligned to values at all times while providing flawless execution and clear communication to all stakeholders
**About You**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing with demonstrated campaign and media managementexperience managing advertising budgets in excess of $5M and experiencing with creating impact with social media customer tracking, engagement, remarketing and impact
- Media agency experience is essential
- Tertiary level qualifications in Business Marketing or related field
- Brand development and deployment mindset with flawless execution
- Leadership qualities to work seamlessly with large teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Customer focused with proven customer relationship skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
