**About the Position**

This is a full time, permanent opportunity based onsite at our Knoxfield branch. You would be required to be in the office Monday through to Friday.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls from customers promptly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to ensure seamless operations.
- Accurate and efficient data entry, particularly in processing orders.
- Maintain a focus on resolving both customer and business-related issues.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices.
