We have a new opportunity available for a Continuous Improvement Lead and Inventory Management Specialist to join our Opal Fibre Packaging team in Revesby, NSW.

The main focus on this role will be to identify, lead and manage a portfolio of lean projects directed at improving value and reducing waste.

This role will also have responsibility for inventory related activities at the Revesby site including stock accuracy, product integrity, warehouse optimisation and KPI reporting.

In this role you will:

- Ensure best practice inventory management systems, processes and procedures are developed, implemented, audited and maintained for the site
- Implement and utilise data analytics systems and technologies to support asset management / works decisions such as asset utilisation and performance, asset criticality, work history and risk management

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

- Experience working within a 6 sigma / lean manufacturing environment facilitating continuous improvement projects
- Strong working knowledge of CMMS, SAP and ideally some PowerBI experience
- Ability to work effectively across teams at site to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ability to work independently whilst influencing positive outcomes across the site
