Your opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Sydney Head Office team. You will increase productivity through positive changes made to the current IIP systems, ready IIP stakeholders for Mirvac Next system changes and provide professional and comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager Senior Managers and the wider team.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Establish an open feedback loop to promote a culture of transparency to influence and implement change
Analyse processes and procedures and investigate shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes
Develop and prioritise process enhancement strategies across current systems and process / procedures to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Form multi-disciplinary teams with business participants to ensure buy in and ownership of the outcomes
Prepare continuous improvement business cases for endorsement (where appropriate)
Build internal stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with these stakeholders to implement improvement to IIP’s practices
Manage internal stakeholder relationships through i) regular, effective communication on continuous improvement projects; ii) ensuring appropriate training is provided to IIP stakeholders when change arises; iii) ensuring sound documentation is established to facilitate in-depth understanding and responsibility over systems, process and individual responsibilities.
Cultivate an ongoing change management culture and drive strong engagement with all key stakeholders in line with the Mirvac Values, including mentoring and coaching contributors
Your point of difference
You will have relevant tertiary level qualifications (such as a Bachelor's degree in business administration, process management, or operations) and extensive years in relevant Investment/Asset Management roles. To be successful you will have the ability to think strategically, adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity.
A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures is critical as well as the capacity to work collaboratively within the Commercial Property division and across the Mirvac Group.
