International Student Admissions Coordinator

**The Team**:
Our admissions team has a strong commitment to providing efficient and effective services that support the College’s strategic objectives and providing an excellent experience to all prospective students.

**Your new role**:
The Student Admissions Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the admissions team and proactively managing relationships with staff from other business units, ensuring the team’s service level agreements are met at all times. Our Student Admissions Coordinator must also have a love of producing reports from systems and analysing the data in respect to the business.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Liaise with students/Agents/internal staff with respect to all admissions matters including (but not limited to) course information, student fees, agent commissions and reconciliation of these accounts.
- Analyse and provide commentary on data in respect to the overall business
- Create enrolments and invoices on NetSuite as required (meeting all compliance and regulatory requirements)
- Issue Confirmation of Enrolments (COEs) as needed on PRISMS
- Process course variations through PRISMS and in NetSuite
- Report on SSVF, visa refusals, campus capacity, agent performance and analyse the data in respect to the business.

This full-time position is based in Sydney or Brisbane.

- An eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated emotional intelligence
- Fluent English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills (or have completed IELTS to the minimum level of 7.5 or equivalent in all academic modules)
- Strong digital literacy skills
- Ability to analyse and provide commentary on data in respect to the overall business
- Experience with PRISMS essential
- Experience with NetSuite highly regarded
- Problem-solving skills
- The ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience working in an education institution or education agency, preferably an ELICOS or RTO environment with international students
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment

Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

**Remuneration**

You will be working within a small team that has a friendly and supportive environment. This is an opportunity to develop your career in the international education industry and continue to grow in this field. Remuneration $70,000 - $80,000 per annum (+ super) depending on experience and qualifications.
