**Your new company**

You will be working the market leading supplier of grocery items in their segment. The company began as a family owned business with two large investments allowing them to grow to their current size. The business imports and distributes directly from international manufactures in a niche market. They are turning over approximately $250m annually, experiencing 39% growth over the last two years. They employ approximately 350 employees.

**Your new role**

You will be the new Commercial Analyst. This role will support the mainstream client business unit which is responsible for approximately 60% of the companies revenue, Reporting to the Financial Controller with a dotted line to the head of sale this role will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Developing and maintaining effective pricing strategies
- Reviewing cost structures and margin calculation
- Monitoring and analysing marketing spend against budget and review performance
- Assist in preparation of budgets
- Provide analysis of product margin and customer performance
- Conduct inventory audit and analysis of potential overstock issues, and plan to mitigate exposure with relevant stakeholders
- Assist in maximising rebates with client contracts.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be a CPA or CA qualified individual with a background in FMCG organisations. Ideally you will have had exposure to large supermarket chains and managing rebates. Experience using Dynamics 365 will be highly advantageous. Exposure to BI tools will also be an advantage.

**What you'll get in return**

You will be working with the national marketing leading supplier of products in their sector. The salary on offer will be between $110,000 to $120,000 plus super. The company offers on site parking for their staff also.
