**About the Company**

Due to internal promotion, we have an opportunity available. This is a fast-paced environment where two days aren’t the same.

Located in South Western Sydney, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced
**Allocations Officer with Fleet Management** experience. This business is willing to train someone looking for a step into the Transport industry or a seasoned Transport administrator looking to work for this global business that can offer career progression.

**About the role**

Your duties will include
- Planning and monitor fleet movements
- Allocation of freight for transportation
- Booking driver runs
- Manage driver hours
- Coordinate and communicate with Drivers to they understand all allocated tasks
- Maintain fleet management reporting
- Support of day-to-day operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with warehouses and clients to maintain effective customer relationships

**About you**
- Ability to commence ASAP
- Willing to start at 12:00pm every afternoon, Monday to Friday.
- 1 years’ experience within a fast-paced, fleet management role based in a transport environment, technology or logistics environment
- Experience with transport allocation systems or similar and Excel skills
- You will be committed, results-driven, approachable and above all, hold the customer’s queries in the highest regard; ensuring the quality of service
- You must also have reliable transport and current drivers licence
- Willingness to learn with display resilience with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment**.**
