**The role: Risk Coordinator (IntoWork Australia)**
**Key Daily Duties**:
- Provide assistance to businesses with the implementation of risk management systems and process that are a requirement of the IntoWork Risk Management Framework.
- Working cooperatively with the IntoWork information security officers on the implementation of the IntoWork Information Security Management System.
- Monitor the implementation and maintenance of risk management processes and provide performance and compliance reporting as required.
- Provide expertise, support, advice and instruction in the management of risk generally, but in particular to information security, health and safety, emergency preparedness and business continuity planning, and operational compliance and performance risks.
- Work cooperatively with risk and treatment plan owners and information asset owners, Group wide, on the identification, analysis, evaluation and treatment of risk.
- Promote an awareness and understanding of the principles and practices of risk and information security management, including the distribution of related information, guidance and compliance communication.
- Working cooperatively with the Risk Manager on the maintenance of IntoWork Risk Management Framework and provide assistance in its review for a process of continual improvement.
- Other duties related to risk management and information security commensurate with expertise as required.
**Health and Safety**
- Comply with all relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment is maintained. Abide by company procedures for identifying and reporting of potential hazards.
**Protect the Information Relating to Customers, Employees and our Business**
- Always protect information relating to customers, employees and our business. This includes complying with the IT Acceptable Use Policy and any other related IT, records or information security policies or directions.
- Practice good digital security by reporting information andor cyber security incidents, protecting physical equipment and handling information according to its classification.
**Hard skills required**:
- **At least 5-7 years relevant experience gained from risk management, compliance auditing, information security or cyber security roles. Experience in Right Fit For Risk accreditation would be beneficial**:
- **The implementation of management standards such as either AS/NZ 4801, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, ISO 45001 or similar relevant standards**:
- **Conducting risk assessments and the development of treatment plans for risks such as information security, health and safety, business continuity planning or emergency preparedness and response**:
- **Preparation of risk management performance reports**
**Soft Skills Required**:
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed computer skills with advanced competency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel. Etc.)
- Able to work both collaboratively and effectively in a team environment and autonomously when required
- Able to influence and improve risk management performance while maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively to achieve required timeframes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of information.
