Join our inspiring team of OSHC Area Managers, playing a pivotal role at MACSEYE in our vibrant School Aged Care programs. Our Area Manager role is a senior leadership and planning role, which in other companies may align with a Regional Manager title.
We are currently hiring for Area Managers for the Northern & Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

Job Description
What will you do
- Ensure development and performance monitoring across the portfolio
- Design innovative strategies to enhance the quality of care, drive enrolment, manage portfolio budgets and financial performance
- Promote collaborative relationships within the portfolio and with support teams, focusing on safety and adherence to all regulatory requirements
- Support OSHC Coordinators during critical incidents and identify future training needs
Qualifications
Who are we looking for
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent) is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is highly desirable
- Proven Area Manager/ senior leadership experience in the School Aged Care sector, with demonstrated results in quality, financial, and people outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, with a proactive "can do" attitude and willingness to engage in all aspects of work
