**Your Impact**
We have an exciting opportunity for a
**Social Worker** You will be joining the Procare Group amidst an exciting phase of growth, working within our NSW team, based from our conveniently located Parramatta office
**We are flexible with working hours and we have scope for a full time or part time.**
**Day to day you will be**:
- Case managing complex injuries;
- Transitional counselling;
- Work with our psych services team in delivering specialised services;
- Assisting injured workers in training and developing of new skills;
- Liaise with medical professionals to assist people in recovering from injuries;
- Assist injured workers in developing skills to find employment independently;
- Liaise with employers to assist in injured workers to find employment;
- Completion of reports and file review within appropriate timeframes.
**About you**
Your expertise and communication skills will be what you are known for You'll be passionate about assisting clients in achieving their goals and restoring their independence in returning back to the workplace.
You will be qualified as a:
- Social Worker (with current AASW membership).
**You'll also need**
- Current Police clearance;
- Working with Children Check;
- Sound communication skills both written and verbal;
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach; and
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
