Hardline Group specialise in the construction of Telecommunication Towers for all National carriers, Australia wide. We completed more than 8% of the NBN Rollout Nationally, and overall, we have constructed more than 200 Greenfields, 28 Co-locates and 35 expansions, in the eight years we have been established.

We appreciate our niche market means not many experienced Telco Team Leaders exist, however we are happy to invest our time in training you in our industry - you just need to have 2-3 years hand-on Civil experience.

**Your Role**:

- Management the day to day works onsite;
- Scheduling of Program Works;
- Leading and overseeing the project workforce;
- Subcontractor coordination and management;
- Reviewing construction plans;
- Site Safety leadership.

**Your Experience**:

- At least 3 years’ experience within the civil construction sector including earth works, concrete and formwork;
- Strong communication and organizational skills; Computer literacy skills;
- The ability to manage projects on time and to budget.

- Please note this role is predominantly working away - as our projects are based Australia Wide. All travel expenses are paid, as well as a generous Living Away from Home Allowance;

**Salary**: $43.37 - $48.00 per hour
