- Join Dreamworld's retail team in our LEGO® certified store as a Team Leader
- Part-time (PT20) Opportunity

Dreamworld’s flagship LEGO® Certified Store features life-sized LEGO® models, a Pick-a-Brick wall, hard-to-find product releases and play areas to really get your imagination going. Designed in partnership with LEGO® Australia, the LEGO store is the largest retail outlet at Dreamworld forming part of a stand-alone precinct located at the front of the park with access from within and external to the park.

We are on the lookout for a dedicated LEGO® enthusiast and retail professional to join our team as a Team Leader to play a key role in delivering inspirational retail experiences and an unprecedented level of service to our guests.

**Our ideal Team Leader will possess the following attributes**:

- A good understanding of the retail environment coupled with pride and passion for both Dreamworld and the LEGO® Brand with the ability to be an ambassador for both
- Be a self-starter who can demonstrate initiative and align with Dreamworld’s values as well as the LEGO® Brand Framework
- The ability to lead and motivate a productive sales team, whilst driving sales and profitability to meet financial targets.
- Engage with guests on a daily basis while ensuring that the LEGO® Certified Store is maintained and accurately reflects the LEGO® standards.
- Actively participate as part of the retail team, and promote an atmosphere of teamwork that enthusiastically delivers exceptional guest experiences whilst ensuring that we inspire the builders of tomorrow
- Be creative, imaginative, and understands the importance that play has within a child’s development
- The ability to support and foster a positive team environment, with previous experience leading and coaching teams to achieve KPI’s and deliver an outstanding service experience and consumer engagement
- Ability to work independently as a leader, and ensure that the retail environment is run efficiently and effectively in support of the Store Manager.
- A fun, energetic and enthusiastic approach to working in a collaborative team environment with a passion and flair for delivering outstanding customer service
- You will have fantastic communication skills and the ability to interact, engage, and share in the fun and excitement of the LEGO® Brand with our guests.

Part-Time (PT20) employment guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week, and accrues leave entitlements on a pro-rata basis. Flexibility with availability and working hours is essential as evenings, weekends and public holiday work will be required. Successful applicants may also be required to work across other stores within the Dreamworld retail team.
