No two days are the same in the role of Duty Manager. This role is pivotal in providing the great quality and approachable service our customers know and expect. We’re looking for someone who is truly on top of your game and looking for opportunities to show that and to progress. This all-encompassing role is focused on leading our team through service, but goes beyond just service with involvement in rostering, training and development management, ordering, stock management, and managing labour to build your skills and set you up for progression and success.

Innocent Bystander (IB) was born of the Yarra Valley, where wine is our heart and soul (with coffee coming a close second).

While we’re serious about wine making, we don't bang on about it or get tied up in industry trends and prestige. Our wines are delicious and approachable but our home isn't your sniff-and-spit cellar door. At IB we want to deliver great wine experiences that anyone can enjoy.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Who are you?

We're seeking an outstanding leader, who thrives in a hospitality environment and who can demonstrate their people leadership skills in this area.

It's likely you already know our brand and have shared a bottle or two with friends at some stage, and you're also someone who has a passion for food and wine. You're comfortable diving into the hands-on work to get things done efficiently, but you really enjoy a bit of extra responsibility, so this might be your perfect next career move.

You've supervised a busy flow of service delivery before and you get that things don't always go according to plan, but you can roll with it and know how to fix it quickly. You're definitely a people person and you love leading by example in providing an amazing customer experience. You care about the team around you and make work fun for them.
