**What's on offer?**:
You will be a leader within the Projects Team who partner with some of Victoria’s leading land developers to build quality townhouses.

Reporting to the Estimating & Drafting Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations, management and workflow of the Estimating Team. This includes providing guidance, training, support and development to the team while ensuring they maintain accurate BOQ take-offs & purchase orders, sales estimates and project specific costs with mínimal margin erosion.

**Your skills and experience**:
You will be passionate about furthering your career in the Building industry and will have a proven ability in a similar Estimating position. Experience in medium density housing projects will be highly regarded.

Your success will be driven by:

- Minimum of 3-4 years previous sales estimating, production estimating and/or medium density experience.
- Proven stakeholder management, Estimating systems and delivery of cost enhancements
- Relevant qualification and/or Building degree
