Estimating Team Leader

Previous experience leading teams in volume housing

**Responsibilities include**:

- Managing estimating workflow including forecasting
- Leading your estimating team
- Production Estimating
- Sales Estimating
- Ordering of production jobs within designated timeframes
- Maintain, protect and report margins for each job
- Minimise ETS orders
- Liaising with sales, operations and construction teams
- Conduct follow-up calls when required
- Be cognisant of forecast dates and ensure all jobs are being recorded accurately
- Provide reports and workflow documentation as appropriate
- Follow up documentations directed by the Operations Manager

**Skills required**:

- Proven experience in working with and leading a large and diverse team
- Experience working on medium density projects
- Production and sales estimating ability
- Competency with software
- Strong work ethic
- Time management and problem solving skills
- Perseverance and resilience
- Ability to build rapport
- Confident in dealing with multiple issues at the same time
- Good Communication Skills
- Rescode and town planning knowledge
- Proven stakeholder management, Estimating systems and delivery of cost enhancements
- Relevant qualification and/or Building degree
