Estimating Leader

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic estimating leadership and key client engagement across various projects.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end estimating process on a project, directing the production of technical deliverables.
  • Be responsible for producing accurate and timely estimates, applying industry experience autonomously with limited guidance.
  • Ability to manage and deliver work across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement project execution plans, including verification and review of procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate potential financial risks through proactive planning.
  • Forecast and assess costs, timelines, quality parameters, and constructability factors.
  • Participate in value management and risk workshops as a subject matter expert.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external project teams, as well as technical leaders, to plan, develop, deliver, and operate a range of multidisciplinary projects.
  • Recommend changes to current or new directions, ensuring the application of the latest technical developments.
  • Mentor and assist in the development of junior estimators within your specialist discipline.
