Senior Infrastructure Estimation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to lead our estimating team and contribute to the success of our infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement estimating strategies to deliver accurate bids on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Grow and mentor a high-performing estimating team to drive commercial decisions and sustainably win contracts.
Our ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in civil construction and infrastructure-style estimating, with expertise in first-principles pricing, subcontractor package structuring, and local market knowledge. Proficiency in Expert Estimator or equivalent estimating tools is essential.
What We Offer:- A competitive base salary range of $180,000-$200,000 + super and vehicle allowance.
