**About**
Join an energetic Sydney council as a Construction Supervisor. Work on a unique project for a 6-month contract. Immediate start.

**About the Company**
The role is a 35 hours per week on a 6-month contract with opportunity to be extended. The role entails for you to navigate a number of projects.

**About the Position**
As the Site Supervisor you will be responsible for the coordination and management of work crews to carry out the pre-planning and delivery of civil infrastructure works (both maintenance and construction activities) which may include roads, bridges, stormwater drainage and associated infrastructure assets.

**Duties**
- Carry out pre - planning of all civil works.
- Monitor works to ensure works are completed in accordance with agreed plans, timing, standards
- Contribute to the delivery of organizational outcomes and the operational plan
- Work collaboratively with others to deliver quality outcomes
- Support and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

**Skills & Experience**
- Formal qualifications in Civil Construction to Certificate or higher level and equivalent experience.
- Extensive knowledge of road, drainage and bridge construction and maintenance.
- Excellent verbal written communication skills
- Current Class C Drivers Licence
