We also have an Academic Enrichment Program available from Year 7, Sports Excellence in AFL, Volleyball and Basketball and an on site Kindergarten and Trade Training Centre.
**About the Role**:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
WesTEC
- Source vocational training opportunities for prospective students by actively seeking opportunities for student Industry placement in work experience programs.
- Work in collaboration with the 7 partnered schools Senior Schooling team to monitor and track students achievement and outcomes.
- Demonstrates and maintain a high standard of practice through governance and risk management whilst having the understanding of work placement policy and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update student alumni tracking of pathways.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of work experience policy and procedures and review current WesTEC processes regularly.
Springfield Central State High SchoolSpringfield Central State High opened in 2011 and has seen rapid growth in the Greater Springfield area. Next year we head into our 14th year with approximately 2000 students.
- With this rapid growth, we require additional support in our Pathways Program. We are seeking a part time ILO who will be based in our Pathways office supporting our growing Pathways team and will be responsible for:
- Growing our Work Experience program (site visits, risk assessments, advertising
- Assisting with school-based apprenticeships and traineeships (resume help, interview support)
- Managing Job Club (enrolments, attendance, support)
