The role of Coordinator (Road Signage and Delineation) you will investigate and respond to enquiries with regards to road signage and line marking, and develop business cases to enable the sign and line marking renewal program. You will represent the interests of the department, its stakeholders in all forums that actively engage with members of the public.

**PERSOLKELLY** is recruiting for **_AO4 Road Signage and Delineation Co-Ordinator_** to work with our QLD Government Client.

The role of Coordinator (Road Signage and Delineation) you will investigate and respond to enquiries with regards to road signage and line marking, and develop business cases to enable the sign and line marking renewal program.

You will represent the interests of the department, its stakeholders in all forums that actively engage with members of the public.

**About the Team**:
The Technical Services unit provides technical advice and services to ensure good governance is achieved for a range of

programs and projects across South Coast and the wider TMR community. The unit consists of the following key areas:
1. Design

2. Environmental & Cultural Heritage

3. Workplace Health & Safety

4. Survey & GIS / ARMIS.

5. Asset Management

**In the Role you Will**:

- Provide advice to support inform decision making on a range of policy, legislative, business and related system issues relevant to road traffic signage and pavement marking.
- Research and analyse policy, legislative or systems issues, evaluate options and develop sound solutions consistent with strategic directions.
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, briefing notes, submissions and other correspondence.
- Coordinate activities or projects to ensure the effective delivery of project and policy outcomes.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with a network of key people internally and externally.
- Assist with the management of projects to ensure completion is timely and in accordance with the terms of reference and standards set by the relevant performance indicators.
- Take personal responsibility to deliver on agreed outcomes, model high standards of professionalism and ethical behaviour, contribute actively to branch and divisional goals, and demonstrate self-awareness and a commitment to personal development.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Relevant industry experience in an engineering or technical environment, or an equivalent qualification.
- Current holder of a Class C driver's licence
- Required to undergo employment screening (for example a criminal history check) as part of our selection process.
- Hold a Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card) or have ability to obtain within six months of starting

The role will be based at multiple sites, including Nerang, Southern Brisbane and Gold Coast.
