**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our dynamic team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in various settings, including residential homes, community settings, and educational environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes independence, choice, and dignity.
- Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Assist individuals in accessing community resources and participating in social and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times, adhering to best practices and protocols.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support, Individual Support, or a related field (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience working in the disability support sector is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (essential).

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (required)
