**What you'll need**:
- Hands on experience with Google Analytics & Facebook Business Manager (Adwords, Ads Manager, etc etc).
- Display/video experience advantageous but not a deal breaker
- Experience working with a varied range of client types and budget sizes.
- 10/10 communication skills to liaise with external vendors, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
**What you'll do**:
- Support the Performance Manager/Director with campaign deliverables.
- Work across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display campaigns.
- Be responsible for campaign implementation, optimization, and reporting.
- Provide insights and actionable next steps based of data analysis.
