**What do Delivery Managers do?**:
Working with our delivery team, our Delivery Manager's ensure nothing stands in the way of delivering the most valuable things, every time.

The key priority for our Delivery Managers is to enhance productivity for software development on a global scale. They focus and place productivity at the centre of everything. Equipped with a toolkit of skills from critical thinking to behaviour shaping techniques to facilitate a typical workday something like this:

- Find the constraints
- Resolve issues & drill into obstacles
- Optimise and work with the constraint to improve the team's output
- Coordinate, collaborate, and curate
- Upgrade - adding capability to the constraint
- Start again, iterate back to identify the new constraint
