**_ The Role_**

An opportunity exists for experienced Patient Services Assistants to join our Support Services Team. We are looking for a reliable individuals who demonstrate exemplary communication skills, an efficient attitude, as well as a friendly, professional manner.

The successful applicant will possess and demonstrate the following skills and attributes
- Ability to communicate with patients, other members of staff and members of the public with empathy and an appreciation of confidentiality
- Previous experience in the operation of commercial cleaning equipment
- Understanding of infection control cleaning processes within a healthcare environment
- Ability to deliver excellent cleaning standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
- The ability to plan and prioritise tasks
