**Your new role**

A great career opportunity to get started in people management with a team of two working in the retail insurance space. This company is full of opportunity and will see you working closely alongside the CEO, team members, claims team as well as new and existing clients. This role will primarily cover Real Estate, Leisure Travel, High Value Property and Contents, Public Indemnity and Landlord insurance.
- Work in a team of 2 on a comfortable & manageable portfolio
- Identifying and suggesting suitable products, services and upgrades to clients
- Managing service delivery across new business quoting, renewals and claims
- Managing client and underwriter expectations and leveraging networks to obtain ideal outcomes
- Maintaining a high level of customer service to clients at all times

**What you'll need to succeed**

- Tier 1 accreditation essential
- 3+ years of experience working within Retail Insurance for a Broker - Highly desirable
- Put the client first - You will need to have the ability to build and utilise networks to our clients' advantage
- Excellent Australian product knowledge, commercial awareness
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a team or independently
- Work hard, play hard approach is highly desirable
- Excellent all-round communication and analytical skills
