Our client is currently searching for a true people-leader with a passion for customer service and bringing out the best in their team. Put your leadership skills to good use providing support and development to frontline service team members within our leading landlord insurance business

As the newest Expert Care Team Leader, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our vision of being recognised and respected as the industry’s best. How will you do this? By providing operational guidance and leadership to Expert Care team members (Both Senior and Junior members), driving a positive client experience, efficiency, and engagement

**Your new role**
- Work with an established team of Client Service Consultants and Claims Specialists enabling them to meet key performance targets
- Support Team members via performance management and coaching seeing them through to career development
- Keep abreast of industry or process changes, including legislation and compliance, ensuring the team is made aware. Act as a point of escalation for technical and service issues
- Promote continuous improvement of staff and processes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role with a customer-facing team is a must. This is a dynamic, fast-paced customer service team so an ability to meet deadlines and manage your time effectively is critical
- Keen attention to detail with record keeping and reporting
- Proven experience in staff development including delivery of feedback and coaching to outcomes
- Insurance or financial services industry experience is not necessary but will be looked upon favourably
