Join Sulzer Australia’s dynamic Cardiff Service Centre as an **Electrical Supervisor**, where your leadership and technical expertise will drive excellence in electrical machine repair and team performance.

**About the Role**:
This is a hands-on supervisory role overseeing the inspection, repair, and overhaul of High, Medium, and Low Voltage rotating equipment. You’ll lead a skilled team, ensure safe and efficient operations, and play a key role in mentoring, scheduling, and quality assurance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise workshop personnel and daily operations.
- Inspect, repair, and overhaul HV/MV/LV motors, generators, compressors, and rotating equipment.
- Lead and mentor departmental staff, fostering a culture of safety and performance.
- Manage job scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Trade qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Electrical License advantageous).
- 5+ years’ experience in electrical rotating equipment repair.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and high-level problem-solving abilities.
