Our client based in Perth's southern suburb is looking for a Rates Officer for a temporary period with extension possibilities. This is a great opportunity to work within a government organisation.

**Your new role**
As a rates officer, you will be responsible for:

- Processing, investigating and responding to revenue and accounts receivable related tasks and enquiries
- Ensuring accurate and timing rating through the financial systems, inclusive of data base maintenance
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Undertaking other duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience as a rates officer
- Experience in Technology One desirable
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and time management skills
- Good attention to details
