Stoke Beach House offers you an in-house bar, lay-down picture house, yoga studio, and professional kitchen, full range of social events & activities, and a choice of comfy shared or private rooms.

Stoke Beach House is currently seeking a **full-time** **Events Manager**to lead our team and oversee the operations of our vibrant beachfront hotel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning and organizing a wide range of exciting and memorable events for our guests, including parties, live entertainment, and recreational activities.
- Promoting Stoke’s events, activities and entertainment to potential attendees
- Overseeing all aspects of event logistics, including venue setup, decorations, audiovisual equipment, and catering arrangements.
- Collaborating and coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and entertainers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Managing event budgets, negotiating prices, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Conducting post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines during event planning and execution.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Relevant industry qualifications
- Relevant 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively coordinate multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, vendors, and team members.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail to design and execute unique and memorable events.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to event management and safety.

**Salary is $70,000 plus super.**

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Manly, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
