**An exciting opportunity exists for a Manager (Reform) within our Industry Accreditation Reform team, based in Brisbane.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Leading a team to design and implement a streamlined and contemporary industry accreditation framework across the breadth of policy, legislation, business processes and compliance.
Collaborating and negotiating with other teams from across TMR, as well as industry stakeholders, to develop solutions that consider political, community and business impacts.
Critically analyse and consider complex information from various accreditation schemes to design accreditation solutions and make recommendations for reform.
Providing strategic and expert advice to senior departmental executives on matters relating to industry accreditation schemes.
Manage your team resources and work program to ensure outcomes are delivered to a high standard and on time, in a professional manner.
