The role of Senior Reform Implementation Director involves leading a team to drive performance and adjust priorities as required.
- Lead the Reform Implementation team, driving performance and adjusting priorities accordingly.
- Oversight of analysis and implementation of legislative and public policy reforms within the CSQ through planning and coordination of implementation activities, including system changes, communications, training, and support.
- Development of best-practice policies and procedures to support the implementation of legislative and public policy reforms in court registries.
- Establishment of strategic partnerships within courts and with other government and non-government stakeholders to identify, influence, and resolve implementation issues.
- Participation in interdepartmental and interagency meetings as required.
- Contribution to business planning and lead delivery of actions that support the CSQ strategic direction.
This role requires leadership skills and experience in reform initiatives within the CSQ.
