Overview of the Role:

The Principal Project Officer, System Enablers position involves overseeing and managing state-wide reform projects and/or project activities. This includes utilizing evidence-based improvement methodologies to support the planning and implementation of best practice reform programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex system-wide and/or state-wide projects that are time-critical and achieve expected deliverables.
  • Negotiate, consult, facilitate, and engage with stakeholders to drive reform activities.
  • Communicate effectively through written reports, briefings, project documentation, and submissions.

Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will require a comprehensive understanding of the whole health system, including the complex interrelationships within the government, non-government, and private sectors. You should possess high-level business expertise leadership, support, and guidance skills to provide to team members and other staff internally and externally.
