**The Role**
This role will see you reporting directly to the Victorian Retail Manager and managing a team in a Flagship Concession environment in Melbourne CBD. You will be responsible for leading and managing your team through consistent coaching, KPI management and team retention.

**Skills & Experience**
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have experience in managing teams in a retail environment. Luxury retail experience is preferred but not essential.
