About the Role:

As a Concession Manager, you will oversee operations, sales, financial growth, team management, and ensuring 5-star customer service. You will: 

  • Lead and support the team.
  • Manage operational tasks such as rostering, inventory management, VM, reporting, recruitment, training, and coaching.
  • Provide genuine, personalised service.
  • Drive sales and achieve KPI's.
  • Promote the brand as a brand ambassador.
  • Cultivate a supportive, high-performing team culture.
  • Collaborate with Concession support staff.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have a service-orientated mindset, and a drive for achieving sales results. Key skills and attributes include: 

  • Experience in retail, ideally fashion retail.
  • Exceptional standards in both management and customer service.
  • A talent for fostering a lively and collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in exceeding KPI's and delivering 5-start customer service.
