As a **Concession Manager** based in **David Jones Elizabeth Street,** you will be a strong brand ambassador - leading your team in retail excellence, develop client relationships and work collaboratively to deliver strong sales results.

Day to day this role will see you:

- Manage the concession and team effectively by being dynamic, present, and supportive
- Develop the store to ensure it effectively operates
- Consistently drive sales, with a strong awareness of accumulative budgets weekly/monthly and quarterly
- Drive and motivate to achieve success
- Customer focus mind set
- Emphasise on constant and effective communication
- Monitor and address your team, to ensure they are conveying brand presentation, policy and procedure standards

To be successful in this role we are looking for a dedicated people leader - who has come from a retail or sales environment, holds commercial acumen, and is dedicated as a career retailer.
