Exciting opportunity to join Medtronic as part of the Surgical Innovations Team. As a Territory Manager based in VIC, you will be passionate about sales and achieving great results in expanding and developing Medtronic market share across a broad range of Surgical Specialties. This is a great position for an experienced Territory Manager who has exposure in Medical devices and is seeking a great team and company culture to progress and develop their career.

**A Day in The Life**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional image for Medtronic in the marketplace
- Provide regular, meaningful and concise reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Support theatre cases and provide training and education effectively to all clinical end users and hospital staff on our products - products updates, trial and in-services.
- Gather market intelligence by observation, discussion or research.
- Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key customers.
- Ensure the highest level of product and technical knowledge is attained and maintained
- Recognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the company’s products
- Actively seek to develop and expand on territory management and selling skills
- Work individually and as part of the wider team to establish and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor’s degree Qualification
- Sales Experience
