**About the opportunity**

The Group Sustainability Office is at the forefront of driving positive change. As a centre of excellence, we enhance the positive and reduce any negative social, environmental, and economic impacts of our operations, delivering sustainable outcomes, accountability, and transparency for Australia Post. A key pillar of Australia Post’s sustainability agenda is enabling and empowering our customers to become more circular, as we transition towards a more circular economy.

Reporting to the ‘Head of Circularity & Decarbonisation’, you will lead the development and implementation of a range of practical and innovative programs to achieve outcomes aligned with Australia Post’s sustainability agenda.

**What you’ll deliver with us**
- Engaging across business functions to uplift circularity awareness and capability, developing and executing circular innovation programs by partnering with AP’s specialist working groups
- Facilitating the development of circular solutions that enhance Australia Post’s customer proposition and industry reputation
- Working closely with the Manager, Resources & Circularity and broader Group Sustainability Office to ensure aligned and seamless program execution, performance management and messaging
- Building strong internal relationships and working collaboratively with external stakeholders to ideate and bring to life circular initiatives that leverage Australia Post’s assets and capabilities
- Championing the development and deployment of new circular initiatives with internal stakeholders across marketing, products, sales, technology and operational functions

**About you**

**What are we looking for?**
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of circular economy theory and practices in Australia and/or overseas
- Curious and innovative mindset that sees circular opportunities for our customers - businesses and consumers alike
- Demonstrable experience in creating and implementing effective circular initiatives
- Understanding of sustainability, compliance reporting and interpretation of data
