**About the Role**

Team Global Express is seeking a passionate and reliable **Customer Service Representative**to join our dedicated team in **Altona North on 1-year fixed term contract**. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving problems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we maintain our reputation for service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**-
- Track and manage freight consignments to minimise delivery failures- Prepare and process consignment notes, scanning, and proof of delivery documents- Proactively communicate with customers regarding any service issues or delivery delays- Conduct customer training for TGE online platforms- Investigate and resolve service exceptions in a timely manner- Record and update incidents and resolutions in our internal systems- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth service delivery

**What You’ll Bring**- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Previous experience in customer service or logistics (preferred)- Calm and professional manner when dealing with difficult situations- Confidence in navigating multiple systems to retrieve and verify information- High level of attention to detail and accuracy- A positive attitude and team-first mindset- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure
