**Our Role**

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to be based at our Asia Pacific headquarters in North Sydney. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role will be primarily responsible for providing effective and efficient customer experience.

Customer Front Office Support is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service for Graymont customers as well as the management of various front-office internal processes. This role ensures all queries received are handled in a timely, accurate, and professional manner to ensure effective management of customer account inquiries and service.

You will:

- Manage both inbound and outbound (Inside Sales) customer transactions.
- Assist with updating pricing requests from the Sales team into ERP systems
- Ensure that all customer records and accounts are kept up to date as claims and inquiries are processed
- Provide timely and accurate responses to both internal and external requests for information in line with SLA’s
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business including Logistics, Operations, and Sales.

As the successful applicant, you will need to be:

- Service oriented and have a flexible approach to the changing nature of our business
- Confident in your verbal and written communication skills, and your ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Advanced in your administrative, time management and organisational skills.
