**Junior Account Manager - Sydney**

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of 50-75 accounts and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and proactively address any concerns.
- Utilize warm and helpful BD techniques to identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the portfolio.
- Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Experience needed**:

- 1+ years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
