**What are we looking for?**
- Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
- Handling guest feedback and concerns promptly and courteously, seeking assistance from management as needed to resolve issues.
- Working collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
- Working with the management team to uphold our ethics and values.
- Weekend and late-night availability is essential
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
