An exciting opportunity exists for a Project Officer, Learning Consultant on a fixed-term basis in Practice Support and Development
Practice Support and Development team has primary responsibility for:
- Delivering a strategic approach to practice and operational change support that is informed by leading change management and professional development approaches and aligned with family violence and sexual assault reform priorities.
- Developing and leading the delivery of a workforce plan for The Orange Door that covers the full employment lifecycle from recruitment and staff onboarding through to strategic capability and capacity building strategies.
- Developing, co-ordinating and delivering a suite of practice development strategies and tools that support workforce development.
The Project Officer
- Learning Consultant will work in the Practice Support & Development team alongside the Senior Learning Consultants and Project Officers to deliver a range of practice support and development activities including delivery of induction training, computer systems (CRM) training and a range of practice support and development activities including project management, delivery of workshops, evaluation of training across the state and event management.
