We are recruiting the **Workforce Optimisation Manager**:a dynamic and strategic role in our **People Excellence (HR) team.**

You will work closely across the People Excellence Lead Team to develop and implement our strategic workforce planning requirements, with facets including organisational design, employee value proposition, remuneration & benefits frameworks and talent management.

**You may have broad knowledge as an HR generalist, or specialised knowledge in these fields, but will definitely be**:

- Confident and experienced engaging with stakeholders at a strategic level
- Experienced in maturing workforce planning in an organisation
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills and highly service orientated
- A strong relationship builder, influencer and coach and have solid commercial acumen
- Flexible to respond to changing priorities with a 'can do' attitude and a hands-on approach
