**ROUTE OPTIMISATION MANAGER**

**About your new role**

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team in this Route Optimisation Manager role. You will report directly to the Strategic Route Execution Manager and lead a critical role in executing plans which enable shaping improved routing capabilities of the future, whilst supporting continuous routing improvements for today. If you have territory planning experience, this is an ideal role for you

The role can be situated in our stunning North Sydney office, boasting sensational harbour views and on site café, or at our office in Northmead with free parking and where all the magic happens. We offer flexibility to work from home a day or two a week as agreed with your Manager.

**What will you be doing?**

**Route optimisation**
- Execute continuous workforce planning and resource requirements in line with RTM Channel Manager plans.
- Execute continuous rapid reroute requirements supporting continuous optimisation of territory management.
- Execute routing requirements in support of precincts, category hotspots & identified trial projects.

**Future Execution Participation**
- Execute against process improvement test and trial projects and strategies.
- Execute local customer Medals in line with future Head Room for Growth Modelling.
- Execute Head Room for Growth routing initiatives focused on test and trial projects.

**SFE Support**
- Support Sales Field Effectiveness workload as required.
- Support transport led routing projects as required.
