WFS: A WorkForce Software Company is a leading provider of cloud-based workforce management solutions for Global organisations. The WorkForce Software enables organisations to automate time and attendance, streamline absence and leave management, optimise staff rostering, gain real-time visibility into labour costs and productivity, and mitigate the risks of employee fatigue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and understand customer incidents and requests
- Build relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and management to reduce defects and improve overall product/system performance
- Maintain SLA’s and KPI’s for reported incidents
- Identifying product bugs and engaging development team
- Maintaining and creating knowledgebase articles

**Requirements**:

- Extensive SQL querying and Data analysis experience
- Experience in Customer Service
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a high pace environment
- Ability to perform individually as well as a team player
- Willing to work on weekends and/or after hours

**Essential Requirement**:

- Ability to work in Australia is compulsory

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
