**About this opportunity**

We are currently seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Moran Head Office team.

This is a full time permanent ongoing opportunity with salary range $75 000 to $85 000 per year.

**About the Role**
- Prepare offer of employment letters, contracts and follow up of signed contracts.
- Oversee the Orientation Program by providing support to Moran Home General Managers to ensure all new employees are welcomed to MHCG and an early understanding of the culture of MHCG is developed
- Act as Moran's contact point for immigration and global mobility matters, including the provision of data and reporting and liaising with external bodies where required
- Support hiring managers, current and prospective staff, regarding visa options and complex issues triaging to migration agent, as required.

**To be successful you will need**:

- In-depth knowledge of international recruitment programs
- Demonstrated experience coordinating high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Qualifications or relevant work experience in Human Resources
- Excellent knowledge of the Australian Immigration Legislative framework
- Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to work across multiple programs and campaigns simultaneously, experience determining work priorities, meeting deadlines and working autonomously
- Experience in interviewing applicants and determining their job requirements and suitability
- Current NSW drivers’ licence
- Current influenza vaccination
