**POSITION**

An Onsite Service Technician & Support position has now become available due to increased client & customer demand.
- On-site client support / troubleshooting
- Preparation of Preventative Maintenance Reports
- Approval of relevant project completion documentation associated with project to support migration
- On-site client training

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below:

- Demonstrated Resident / Onsite Support Service Tech experience within the Commercial AV Industry
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated excellence in written & verbal English
